The situation is actually far worse than a couple of closet drinkers; both candidates are supported by a host of other alcoholics.

The fact that they (including your site) would have done better to admit their weakness publicly first would still have been better than attempting to drag every one else down with them instead.

Both candidates are full blown alkies; they'd do better boycotting the debates and getting together for an AA meeting; maybe the greedy snobs involved would do the same.
