It means come Ascension Sunday, May 8, 2016 A.D. :

There will not be any more war, famine, pestilence, drought, earthquakes, and the like.

As Christ Jesus once bore witness that I was the restorer of all things :

I bear witness now that the Resurrected Christ Jesus is restoring Paradise to all.

He has become the Restorer of all things.
