The story of Satan beckoning for the body of Moses upon Moses' death resembles the story of Satan bartering with God to be given permission to assault man for an entire century, 100 years.
It is related that God granted Satan the 20th century to do this.
But the Heavenly Father began to do battle against Satan by sending Christ's angel again, six to seven years (and continuing) past the midway point of those 100 years.
This was done during the Pontificate of the Angelic Shepherd, Pius XII.
The Heavenly Father is the Holy Father, as in the use of "Father" when Jesus said, "The Father and I are one."
